Tony Mata is an exciting Guitarist who is recognized for his thoughtful interpretations of the standards that span from the giants of Bebop to the classics from the Great American Songbook. Tony Mata is based in Williamsburg, Va, but he performs in premiere venues from Virginia to New York City. Tony maintains three performing ensembles as the Director of Guitars at Woodside High School in Newport News, Va. and maintains a full performance and teaching schedule in Hampton Roads. He is now accepting students online and in person.
